The following terms and conditions establish the agreement between you and Tolworth Airport Minicabs. Your booking of a taxi and utilization of our service signifies your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

1. Definitions

In this agreement, "Tolworth Airport Minicabs," "we," or "us" refers to the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" pertain to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

2. Booking

2.1 Ensure sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers with specific check-in times. Tolworth Airport Minicabs is not responsible for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or unavailability at the scheduled collection time.

2.2 You are responsible for booking a car of appropriate size for passengers and luggage. A child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.

2.3 Wheelchair access must be requested at the time of booking.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotes, excluding VAT unless specified, are based on information provided by you. We may adjust the quote for substantial changes to the itinerary.

3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the landing time and airport parking costs. Additional waiting time will be charged at the standard rate. We strive to accommodate delays but are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, review the booking confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Tolworth Airport Minicabs of errors absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4 Payments can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

4. The Service

4.1 Passengers' behavior is your responsibility. Charges may apply for soiling, damaging, or negatively impacting the vehicle.

4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in the car.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on height, weight, and age.

4.4 We adhere to licensing and insurance passenger limits.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Promptly contact us for cancellations. Cancellation charges apply if made after dispatch, based on the driver's time and distance to the cancellation point.

5.2 Online booking cancellations may incur charges if made after dispatch.

6. Liability

6.1 While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. We are not responsible for any losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In case of a breakdown, we will arrange an alternative vehicle to minimize your journey disruption.

6.4 You will not hold Tolworth Airport Minicabs liable for expenses arising from any act or omission of anyone in your party.

6.5 Liability cannot be excluded or limited for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking if a vehicle or driver is at risk due to abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds for terminated journeys.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 We may subcontract obligations, and you cannot transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 Tolworth Airport Minicabs may modify terms and conditions; check this page regularly. Existing bookings follow rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 Data processing complies with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Tolworth Airport Minicabs and yourself.

8.5 No third party has enforceable rights under this agreement without written agreement.

9. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Claims made after this period will not be entertained by Tolworth Airport Minicabs.
